Q1. What MOQ do you require for OEM water filter cartridges?
Our standard MOQ is 500-1000 pcs per model for OEM orders. For custom branding and packaging, MOQ starts at 2000 pcs. We offer flexible trial orders — contact us for small-batch samples before committing to bulk.
Q2. Which certifications do your filter cartridges have?
All our products meet NSF/ANSI 42 and 53 standards for material safety. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified, and many cartridge models carry NSF, FDA, and SGS certifications. Our factory also holds a Made-in-China Verified Supplier badge since 2016.
Q3. Can you customize the cartridge dimensions and filtration media?
Yes. We OEM-manufacture cartridges to your exact specifications — including custom lengths (5"-40"), diameters (standard/slim/jumbo), end-cap configurations, and filter media (PP melt-blown, coconut shell carbon, carbon block, UF membrane, RO membrane, antiscalant, KDF, mineral balls, etc.).
Q4. How long does production and shipping take?
Standard orders ship within 15-25 days. Custom OEM projects with new tooling take 30-45 days. We ship FOB Ningbo/Shanghai port via sea freight (most economical) or air freight (urgent). Door-to-door DDP service to USA, Europe, Middle East, and Southeast Asia is available.
Q5. Do you provide samples? How much do they cost?
We provide free samples of standard models — you only pay shipping. For custom OEM samples, there is a small tooling/setup fee that is refunded on your first bulk order. Typical sample preparation time is 5-7 working days.
Q6. What quality control process do you follow?
Every batch undergoes: (1) Incoming raw material inspection, (2) In-process QC at each production stage, (3) 100% finished product pressure testing (for housings) and flow-rate testing (for cartridges), (4) Random AQL sampling before shipment. We welcome third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV) at any time.
